Lowell started out singing Rock & Roll in dance halls and night clubs. Lowell wasn't happy about that. Then someone introduced the lord Jesus Christ to him by taking him to church and fellowshipping with other christians. And he said in one of his recordings: "The more I heard about Jesus, the more I loved him". And then soon after that, Lowell and Connie decided to have kids and were traveling in a tour bus for Jesus, holding crusades and to show others about Jesus.
