this is a video I made at Chrismas time and held back on it because it was winter on the top half of the planet. Now it's spring it's time to get out of the house and find some herps! tell us where you live and what is the most common herp in your area!
I'm thinking I should make a prize for the herp most unlikely to be seen on a TV wildlife doco!

  • well... its mjust frogs and toads here nothign special, but i will show you atters (if i find them in April)

  • the whole point is to make something special out of something that doesn't seem special.

Please show me what you don't think is special, we don't have toads in Tasmania, only frogs.

still I'm looking forward to the atta!

  • Ahhhh those little things that no one gives a shit about. That is, until they're shown photos or Youtube clips, etc. This is exactly why I bought my 1st digital camera. I knew that if I could use my dig. to invite people into my world, they would be as blown away by the little animals around us as I am. It turns out that in this way, I have converted many an insectiphobe into insect admirers, for many insects are just as strikingly beautiful as the flowers in their gardens!
