Kind of weird that they'd make a pretty high budget spinoff game based on an enemy that only occasionally appears in GnG, but that doesn't make it any less fun.

in fact its kinda a rival of sotn because the ghosts n goblins saga is a rival of the castlevania saga
and the firebrand games are like the metroid vania games while the ghosts n goblins games are like the arcade castlevania game

just think about what could do a Demon's Crest for a new console but keeping the 2D and that beautiful sprite art
