You know what. I googled these guys too, and i'm finding it quite interesting.

As a scientist who has tried to develop such stuff for theraputic uses I'm pretty sure that we still can't do this stuff they are speaking of, in terms of chip implants and mind control.
The beauty of science is that it is structured in such a way that you can't hide bits of it and keep them secret.
People always rediscover such stuff...but, it is very odd that they should think it does exist.
This was a while ago.
Perhaps I am missing something.

I agree with Ivan that Tim Matthews seem to be an "infiltrator" :) You could see the probability for it all the way, the way he act all the way just makes him more and more suspicious, and if you Google anyone of participators now, you should find lots on all of them except Tim Matthews, who's an actor, if wikipedia found the right Tim Matthews in fact..
