RsmvAwards November 2010 Contest Intro

Hello and welcome to RsmvAwards 21st Contest!

NOTE: If you see a video "Uploaded October 31st" please don't worry, YouTube is based in a different time zone, so for example some1 uploads a video "November 1st" where they are but could still be "October 31st" where YouTube is Located.
This date is also accepted because the last day of each month is dedicated as the 'Judge's day of voting'. - Making this day videos wouldn't be accepted for any contests and would make it unfair if someone were to upload their video then.
(Hopefully that makes sense) =D
Sorry for the issue with this..

NEW RULE STARTING THIS JULY:
If you place first in a contest, you will not be allowed to enter for 3 months.
-----Example----- Winning this November contest, you will be unable to enter until -March 2011-
If you place 2nd or 3rd in a contest, you will not be allowed to enter for 1 month.
-----Example----- 2nd/3rd placed in the November contest, will be unable to enter until -January 2011-

Please post the video as a response if you wish to enter it in this month's contest.

Video must be made within the month (1st - 29th) of November.

Voting will take place on the 30th.

@pl0xy1 Nope, If someone uploaded their video on October 31st, (because they couldn't for the last contest) because it was judging day. So People are allowed to enter videos that were uploaded on October 31st =p
