That corolla has more lights and buttons than a cockpit in a boeing 747 get some blue LED's for the rear number plate lights

@ThePavin I got them off E-Bay for about 300 bucks for both headlight assemblies.
However, I wouldn't recommend buying them because while I've had them the halo rings have burnt out except one. So it's basically pointless. It all still functions besides the rings, but still.
There are different halo headlights I've seen for the Corolla of this gen. The rings are actually white and illuminated correctly. So I would look around for those.
