LOL, you have hit the nail on the head with LW, except I think she's only capable of two emotions. You're right about the pouty look, she does that ALL the time. Carly is a character with layers, which means you need an expressive face that belies every emotion that's going through her. LW can not do that.

Sonny and this Carly were so rockin together. I miss them. Laura Wright's Carly just doesn't have that vulnerability around Sonny that the other Carly's did. I like Laura Wright, but it's like she has three acting faces-- happy, confused, and crying. She always furrows her eye brows and gets this pouty look that makes her look confused when she's trying to pull off angry or hurt. I think she works well with Jax though.
