I agree I don't get why people are begging to see her return. She's not that interesting. Just because she's his "daughter" doesn't make her interesting automatically. Now Susan that's who I want to see make a cameo.

You just summed up everything I *loved* about Donna as a companion. I was furious about the way she was treated in this episode: as if some virginal Mary Sue fresh out of a cloning machine could seduce someone better than a woman who has a sex life. I know they want to get teenage girls on board but I was a teenage girl when this came out and even then I realised that's stupid.

I'm still going through Classic Who at the moment but I'll ask this anyway; was the thing about Time Lords reproducing via Looms canon in the old series? All I've seen so far is him talking about his family briefly to Victoria in Tomb of the Cybermen. Oh and Susan of course.

@SANTARII Oh, and I think the point of the David Tennant doctor was that he became all nice and non-violent and stuff, so I don't think it's bad writing or hypocrisy.
