the city life episode 4 / joe

1. Joe loves Emily and I like she wants to love him, but can't cuz she thinks it will end badly. I think she needs to take a chance though.
2. He's sweet, caring, and really wants to be there for Emily. I know he really likes her and would never do anything to hurt her.
3. Nick is Crazy with a capital C and he and Joe need to work things out. Then Nick needs to go see some professional help.
4. I think that Miley is the reason that Emily got her heart broken by David.

1. I feel bad for Joe, he's just trying to make her her feel good. :(
