That Fleet battle last night was crazy I wish we fraped it
I burned my crystals and had this one ship completely shafted
shoot my guns and call the shots but my fleet mates are what we got

I wanna play eve for the rest of my life
Set destination to jita and ignore the wife
On Fleet fight Friday and ice mining night

So load up my guns, antimatter, we got tons

I prefer pvp over pve
Like to gank, more then tank

Don't even try mining, not in my belt
you eather got to gank it otherwise you tank it

And dont gank a guy if its friends are on

Then tomorrow morning put some new crystals on

@MyCommentsRMaturelol dude the scale of eve is whats important here, aside from the whole player run economy sandbox design tens of thousands of players on same server at once deal. wow is like the young bull that wants to run down and screw all the cows with lots of pointing and clicking, but only succeeds in repeating itself endlessly. eve is the older bull who walks down the hill and screws all the cows then pimps em out to his friends. the opportunities are only limited to your aspirations.

@kikoredog I'd really appreciate it you did link those videos :) The trailers for Eve are ungodly amazing looking. The butterfly effect video was what piqued my interest. But what I love about WoW isn't the RISK involved, but the skill involved. It's ok if you die, because you get better from it, and then get into highly competitive, highly skilled combat. If you have everything at stake, you're bound to play defensively, and not as tactically, because you're scared. Everyone's a rogue.

@MyCommentsRMaturelol Dude, I could link you endlessly to videos to prove how awesome eve is. Its an ENTIRELY player run game. Everything that happens, who owns what systems (in 0.0 space), its all because players do something. Let me put it this way. When you die in eve, that ship you took 2 weeks to get, isn't coming back. Also, that fucking adrenaline rush, idk if you've ever had one, like where your shaking so bad you cannot talk...that happens in ALL EVE combat.. cause shit is at stake.

@kikoredog Interesting. I have to disagree. I played Pre-BC as well, and it suuuucked back then. I think 4.0.1 is awesome, except that it simplifies everything. Why do you think it's so fucked?

How is combat in eve? I've heard that it was nothing but auto-attacking, so it was terribly boring. And then there's the mining...

@MyCommentsRMaturelol I've played wow since day 1. I raided AQ40 and fucking MC @ 60. I've played all the way up to the last patch. More than wrath broke the game, its completely fucked now. I have played eve along with wow for the past 2 years. EvE COMPLETELY FUCKING SHITS ON WOW IN EVERY ASPECT.

So I'm an avid player of everything MMO related. Right now I'm mainly sticking to Kingdom of Loathing, and World of Warcraft. I've been thinking about playing eve. The complexity really appeals to me, but I wonder if it can match the sheer might of WoW. I haven't found a single other game that even comes close to matching WoW, even if it's only because WoW has such a huge budget to work with. Can anyone point me in the right direction? How is eve? It looks like there's little to no storyline.
