Knight of Ratatosk is a total spinoff so the story is quite different from other tales games. I lol at myself for trying to chase down Lloyd cuz he's hot for the first half of the game xD

For the record, in terms of gameplay, and re-playability TOS 1 is better. In terms of story, yeah it is good being a direct after story after TOS 1 what happened after the world was born into one again.

you can have Ritcher in your party but only in some special quests, or there will be some moments in which he will join to help you battle certain monsters.

eman4show: "Kratos died." Actually, near the end of the game if you go to where the tower of salvation used to be, you catch a cutscene where Kratos is talking to Yuan. He isn't dead, but he's gone, that's for sure. Errr *SPOILER* probably too late now...

They probably did that just for the trailer. You can't do that in the game, they just wanted to show off Richter for promotional purposes.
