Stop useing Stoneskin totem. Use EarthBind + Flameshock combo. Once you apply both start useing frost shock in between the FS DoT. Make sure to time it correct so he doesn't get a blind / vanish off. Make sure to always have searing totem down all the time. Once you'r far away make sure you start taking those poisons off yourself.

Have you lost to any rogues yet? I have one and my friend is a resto shaman and i can never beat him.

Yeah... one rogue on my server always would beat me. Moulinrouge i think. He was, probably still is, mutilate. He'd pump out so much damage that I'd have to use earth shield. I always end up running out of mana because I have to heal through so much damage. Who knows if I would do better with toughness or not, I still doubt I'd win though.
