BETTER.. musicians are covering a few of their songs better than they did. Case in point... go listen to TOOL covering "No Quarter" and take the pepsi challenge with it and play the original back to back, and tell me its "sad and tired"... yeaaaaaaah....mmhmm.

I loved Kansas Joe and Memphis Minnies version from the 1920's but it's really cool to see new bands keeping the blues alive. Zepplin and A Perfect Circle included :)

And Zep cover the original song and made it heavy and hard from the original.
APC went with a differnt direction on this one

shit i love this version themost, its very mellow and melodic jus a song you can lie on your bed chilling and listen too.

i don't really see why people hate this song. It's a really good song, just because it doesn't sound just like the original doesn't mean it sucks. If this was not a cover people wouldn't hate it. lots of band have covered songs and completely changed how it sounds. but it doesn't mean it sucks.
