At some universities in USA the laws of those cities decriminalize weed because they dont want all the university students getting a criminal record considering that a majority smoked weed and well, the university students are the leaders of the future so they would fuck them selves up if they arrest and criminalize the future diploma holding workers that will pay the government their taxes.

@piratesbi first of all. there is nothing wrong with smoking. did you know in america. at a hospital. there is about 85 percent of DOCTORS that are smoking. and those include indians as well. the problem is not smoking that makes you mad. its the personality. so dont tell everyone that smoking changes their personality when it really doesnt. you think it does because you only see people that arent successful smoking. but there many people that are successful and they are smokers as well.
