@firewallsniper You're right it can, but the voltage necessary will be significantly less than a taser. A taser is far less than 100mA. So both of our statements are true. I'm an electrician and electronics technician. This is my livelihood, I got a good grasp of the basics :).

@stdavross666 Average stun gun is between 18-20 watts of power so using Ohms law Watts/Volts is amps. Lets just say this was 18 watts. So .000018 Amps, a standard incandescent 60 watt bulb is .5 amps (60 watts/ 120 volts). Volts can be thought of as pressure and amps can be thought of as quantity of electricity.
