Well everyone hates on the 2K games now because it's the cool thing to do since NHL '07/08 came out, NHL2K8 is a high quality game (NHL 2K7 too). I remember in the mags when the ea NHL games got trashed for being too arcadey. And I was a huge EA fan dating back to the orignal on the Genesis and NHLPA'93, quite possibly the best videogame ever.
NHL2K9 is a different story, I don't like that one. I own NHL '09 and I like the Be a Pro Mode. But I prefer the classic controls.

Wow, you are smoking some serious pot. NHL 2K games suck!!! The players look wierd, their movments are even worse, and the graphics are wierd too.
