I just started using WebPaper.co, its fantastic! I was a little limited on my free account but felt how easy it was to use so I upgraded. This darn thing is amazzzzing! What really pushed it over was that it worked on my iphone 3g! You can move layers, resize them change text, all on your phone and all the go! Oh my, never build a website from a template, they always end up looking like generic shit. A much better form of "template" is the 960 Grid CSS framework, all you need to know is basic HTML and CSS (let's face it - very easy) and you can lay out a very clean and professional looking page in no time at all. I used 960 Grid on my last site and couldn't believe how much time it saved.

Surely if you want to create a website you just learn basic HTML & CSS. The responses of "Some people don't have the time" don't really sit well, as building a website such as that one could be done in a matter of days. It'd be a lot more customisable as well...
