  • I love your vids. Your advice is always spot on. Im after moving to south korea from ireland. Im gonna be here for a year. I work from two till ten at night and i like my job. I walk to work everyday. I find my diet to be terrible. For breakfast i always have a kimpop. This..seafood veggy roll..er..thing. But im so so tired when i wake up all the time. How do I get more energy when i wake up in the morning? sounds like a silly question but i seem to be fatigued all the time...

  • @drunkymunky87 I don't know what a kimpop is! I recommend for breakfast a hot lemon ginger green tea (tablespoon of ginger, half a lemon, one bag of green tea) and as the above said, MUCH more water + veggies. And ensure you eat those five solid meals. EVERY DAY, without fail. You will get there!

  • @drunkymunky87 i know your not asking for opinion but it sounds like your having a liver problem. Groggy with low energy in the moring is a classic sign of this - fresh fruit and veggies is where it's at. Drink more water as well. You need to flush out the crud that's in your veggy er thing hahha
