@soulflyz88 Some of this stuff MAY help a tiny bit in reducing inflammation, but I highly doubt there's any scientific evidence behind it, only some anecdotes.

Use corticosteroids and other medicines as directed by your doctor.

Hello people I have this illness and let me tell you I've been thru every medication there is Prednisone, IVIG, methotrexate, Cellcept what helped was Retuxan but after nearly trying all medications

I have this awful disease too, mostly mouth ulcers. I've had it for over 3 months. I was also starting to get it on my chest and upper back. These skin rashes are starting to disappear. The dentist prescribed for me an ointment called: fluocinonide. I think it's available by prescription only. The ointment didn't help to the mouth ulcers too much. An ent doctor prescribed something called: daniels solution that helped clear the mouth ulcers just a bit. I hope this'll help someone else.
