They did get bad in the 90's and early 00's but some of them are under new ownership and have cleaned up. Not sure about the others though.

I lived in Ivy Hill in those apartments when I was 4 years old and my brother was 2. This was back in the early 70's. It looks the same on the outside but I heard the crime rate has really increased and that saddens my heart. I hope it gets better because the way I remember it is the way I pray it will return to. God Bless those living there. Past and present.

Thanks for this! I grew up in the Ivy Hill section in the 60's. It's great to see what has changed and what has stayed the same.
