  • is there a way to contact u? to make a long story short i been dealing with bad low back pain for 5 years and recently made progress with a new pt that did movments u describe in this video but i recently had a set back... u might be able to help , use to be strong and compete in powerlifting but cant no more and it sucks horrilbley
