What do you get when you take an old school bus, an airstream, and piles of queso? The Grilled Cheese Grill. Occupying a whole lot in Northeast Portland, this cart dishes out one of the most classic of all American comfort foods: The Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

But it's not just Wonder bread and American cheese... quite the opposite in fact! This cart takes an artisan spin on the classics, dishing out options like Jalepeno Popper sandwiches and the Cheesus, a burger happily stacked between two grilled cheese sandwiches.
