A beginner Pilates workout. This workout can work for anyone. There are suggestions for keeping it simple and also tips for how to advance the exercises to make them more challenging. Make sure you stay within your fitness level and never do anything that gives you the bad kind of hurt. You should feel the abdominal burn but other than that, no pain.
