Break Windows password with USB drive:
If you have a bootable CD/USB drive,some password tools can be burn to it and you can boot your computer from USB to run the software,so that you can recover/remove WIndows system password from USB.
Such as Windows Password Rescuer
Step 1: Download Windows Password Rescuer
Step 2: Run it to burn to bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive
Step 3: BIOS setting of your locked computer to boot form CD or USB
Step 4: Reset Windows password on a friendly window.

@niteplanet First off, the point of booting off a CD is so you don't need admin rights. You don't need to know any admin passwords to boot off a CD. The only possible way is if there is a BIOS supervisor password set, and you can't change the boot order. And what does harvesting an XBOX drive have to do with any of this?

If you don't have admin rights in the first place, you probably can't boot from a cd. My school has netbooks that they give to everyone. I took apart an xbox hdd, formatted it, put windows 8 on it (yes, windows 8 beta), replaced it with the hdd in my netbook and now it's basically my own computer. It's amazing.
