Hi hahaha, I think it can but it would take a lot longer, i have taken a Blackberry 9800 LCD off with a Hair dryer and trust me, they are well stuck on, hehehe, anyway thanks for your comments,

Hi, first just try plugging it into your computer and running itunes as sometimes the ipad 2 gets a little funny and needs an update, if that doe's not work then i think you have damaged the ribbon cable for the on/off button, so you will need to change it, that is your only two choices, i hope this helps,
