  • Don't eat too big of a meal. I've seen people get sick if they're too full during a tattoo. Also, I can't believe you didn't mention not drinking. So many people get drunk, thinking it'll make the tattoo less painful. It'll make you bleed more and will mess with the inking process.

  • @foliefly eating a bigger meal will make you more relaxed.. it helps with your blood sugar.
