  • @MrLronhoover He's not James jameson....actually is Bob Babbitt on bass

  • do you really see the person when you're playing your cd ..... she's having a great time and she damn sure sound sgreat....bottom line. ... the lady can sing

  • Well she dresses like she shops at Walmart but her voice is dressed like its a classic Chanel!

  • Exciting rendition,, I agree bigbadfitter its not a beauty contest for those who love music..Non the less Joan could dress a little better for stage in my view. Motown always laid great store by that. But she looks fine, to me. Slick presentation was a part of Motown's style.. I think the skirt, and shoes might be better changed. Berry Gordy would have not wanted them I´m pretty sure. Never thought I´d write such picky stuff. It´s Gordy's fault.

  • Who cares about how she looks? How shallow. It's how she sings that makes the difference.

Typical of today's audiences, worried about looks and not content like it should be.

The lady can sing her ass off and keep up with the Living Legends the Funk Brothers are.

  • Jameson [bass]looks like he needs a shot of heyron

  • Wonderful! she is absolutely amazing!

  • @whatsthebigfndeal I finally got the dvd a few days ago. She hold's her own with the incredible Funking good Funk Brothers....I love the stories they tell...the one with James Jamerson eating pig's feet, They never spoke bad about one another.. if one drank to much or did drugs to much they said it in a caring way and had some funny stories...not like today....the press is so cruel to people....

  • Thats the HAMMER.
