A couple of thing 1 Thats not a two stroke its a 4 (OHV!) number 2the fuel filling up in the intake will not make it harder to shut down! It would make it harder to start

hahahahahah dubass. that was a 2 stroke ohv idle speed. haha 8k rpm hhahahahahah. learn more about the difference of a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke. 2 strokes are higher reving engines to creat as much power as a four stroke would. 2 strokes are usually lawnmower engines and early dirtbike engines. because 2 stroke engines rev higher u cant make them street leagal due to the emitions put out. i 250cc 2 stroke dirt bike would top out about 15k rpm which is super loud. a four stroke tops at 9-10

Haha 4000rpm is only 400 more than stock full throttle. That's wasn't an over rev.
