I just got the Canon Vixia HF-10 for a graduation present. The next day I went to Cabo and I messed around with my camera, getting some pretty cool shots in the process. All in all I think it turned out pretty well for my first video of this sort...

May I ask what render settings you used in Vegas 8 for HD youtube?

I made this video way before youtube supported HD. I used the wmv template and rendered at 1920x1080 resolution, 6mbs. Hope that helped..

Hey nice video, I've been watching tons of HD footage of lastest rosumer's cam and i'm trying to decide.. but that HF10 seems really good, altough there are the HF S10 and S11.

Finally someone with a bit of talent to show, other HD footage were so dull.. haha. Cool ambient music too.
