HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE BIOLOGIC WIDTH, so these forms of restorations gonna produce a gingival recession whith the future inflamation of the periodontal structures

Very difficult to do cervical restorations with dam in place.
-
@joemarti22 it's repairable as long as the rcord is not in place >15 mins, and the area cut is in free gingiva...

Cervical caries has a very distinct look and is almost impossible to mistake it for a cervical abrasion or abfraction.
These defects look to be the result of traumatic brushing, judging by their look and position.
Treating the gum recession where there already is loss of cement is very dodgy and might result in a pocket.
Overall good restoration, although I like to get an almost seamless transition when applying the composite and minimize the need to go under the gum with a bur.

to much gum damage !

Why do you not remove the curt?
-
sorry but should be better fix the gum rather than do that ?
-
sir, what if i use a 2 steps, etch and bond..can I etched the dentin part? if a etch only the enamel part will it be retentive enough to hold the composite?

Wow. Nice work and very informative.

Great video. It would be better if it had someone who read and spoke ENGLISH. Listening to this guy is hilarious.
i respectfully disagree. the patients canines incisal board is perfectly intact. bruxism would cause a constant flatness making is resemble a lateral.
im more inclined to believe that the patients class 5 is caused by affraction, stemming from brushing too hard for too long.
the dr probably indicated the patient to change to switch brushing style (almost surely the violin) to the bass technique.

Cervical damages caused by occlusal contact problems, usually have like a triangle way.If caused by toothbrush abrassio, are like this case.
