I Am a dog whisperer Too, that dog bark was not an aggressive bark.
As You know by the owner holding the leash back with tension caused most of that. once she let go of the leash the dog was fine.
As Cesar says No touch, no talk, no looking at dog. That is what you did at 1st.
and you didnt show fear. Could an untrained person get bite, sure but owner said has bit, not every day biting. This is not a bad case. But could get bad if not fixed

Wow he gave the dog a treat

@ libbusbrewer, I agree, looks like the expert (or whoever the poster is) have no idea if its a pure breed or not...pure breed neos weight anything from 165-195 pounds and the more wrinkles they have the more valuable they are (interms of show dog).

this is greatand all, but this is nota neo, or not a purebred one anyhow, looks corso to me.. neo is much much bigger in every aspect.

Never again will I get another Neapolitan Mastiff! Way too much dominance for us.

Way to go R+!!!

Neo's are sometimes agressive, but this was a great video. Good training!

that is one scary sucker! Amazing training, hats off to The Miami Dog Whisperer! I'd pee in my pants.
That dog is a PoS nervebag and a horrible example of the breed... typical petstore scatterbred "Neo."

you'd be surprised at how many Neo's I have trained in recent months that have huge agressive issues. They are just as proned to it as other breeds. However, because of their power and size it makes them much more dangerous than say, the most agressive breed I have encountered but people would never know it, The Chihuahua.
