I prepare one of my old analog recording projects for a digital "makeover". Probably influenced a bit by the fashion shows my mother and sister watch, but geekier.

Let me know if anything I say (or don't say) here is confusing; the more focused I am on what I'm doing, the more my talent for forming coherent sentences goes out the window.

  • Which version of Tracktion are you using? Really like the workflow.

Thanks for putting these on, it's nice to see how other people work, and the music rocks. Intense.

  • Thanks! I have 2.0. Haven't tried 3.0 yet, but I hear it has some better plugins. I'm not all that interested in the stock sample libraries, though, that sounds like they're just trying to compete with Garageband.

  • Got a little seasick in those last few minutes, but still interesting.

  • If I recall correctly, I did less editing towards the end because iMovie was slowing down to a crawl (once it had so many edits, transitions, etc.) and I was getting really frustrated and wanted to get it over with. Sorry about that. In the future I'll break up longer projects into smaller ones. :)

  • Good tutorial. Must have been quite a headache to do at times.

  • Great work
