Level 1- One pet

Level 2- Two pets

Level 3- Three pets

Level 4- Four pets (at this level you can adopt mother bear @ Mother Panda)

Yea, what thebiggerwave said. ^_^ You can give them food they like and pet them. At one point to can carry them to boost friendship too! Then at 6 hearts you can adopt them, name them, and teach them tricks. Hope this helps! ^_^
