Moved in just six months ago
To our new humble abode
It took just several weeks
To unpack and to unload

Painted all the walls
New carpet on the floors

A disaster was in store

Oh no!!!! I had flooding issues this year, too, actually. Right during finals week! Good luck getting everything taken care of and staying dry!
