The real problem of Google, never reveals by Matt cutt or any other official .Just we can simply say that giving link to any website either dofollow or nofollow must be balanced .It is because out going links must be related to your content other wise your site will come to suspicious list . This conclusion has come to my mind after watching 80% videos of GWH channel.
