I get dry mouth really bad too. But great job a have lost 10 pounds in only a week with no exercise. :)

congrats girl. Stayed on mine and didnt go pass 12.2lbs. I actually want 2 starve myself but keep it up. Its march and i need 2 drop at least 20. 2many damn distractions.

Honestly in the beginning I would walk alot not like 5 miles but i would walk for like about and hour and not everyday. In the beginning I drunk alot of water so i was losing weight like crazy but after awhile i got dry mouth like bad like bad and water tasted bad to me i ever tried flavored water but nothing worked my mouth was still dry and everything i drunk was nasty to the taste so i started back drinking juice and soda but not that much but it did slow me down a bit though but .
