Here is a NBA 2K12 Isomotion Dribbling Tutorial that goes over my favorite moves in the game.

How to do the moves:

Hesitation - Dribble & Tap LT
Crossover - Hold LT and move the LS towards the non-ball hand.
Double Cross - Hold LT and move the LS towards the non-ball hand and then back to the ball hand direction rhythmically.
Spin - Hold LT and rotate the LS in a circular motion.
Half Spin - While dribbling, tap RT.
Stepback - While driving, press and hold LT and move the LS away from the player's movement direction.

  • GamerTag Quanztodahha Im Umbeatable

  • You do no it's nearly impossible to get passed someone in game right, even if their a centre

  • why didn't you actually do any of the moves against a defender so we can see how effective they actually are.

  • Gamertage?

  • This guy is more easier to understand, I'm new to NBA 2K, and every time when someone explained how to do the half spin they just said double tap the speed button, but they didn't say if I should be dribbling, running or something else. Now I can do the half spin. I don't know why some people have to make it complicated to understand.

  • any help for pc ver. ?

  • @Teecoe2K he's talking about the opposite side of your left stick on your controller in that instance, if you were holding left you go left then right really quick

  • how do you drive with the ball? I'm using a point guard in "my player" and i can't drive with the ball successfully at all like in 2k11

  • What is "moving it to the opposite side" mean? Like the opposite side of what ?
