Maddie's P.O.V
I put the phone down and looked at Kevin.
Kevin- told you she'd be fine.
He said, hugging me.
I got up and went out to the lounge where dani was watching t.v.
Maddie- where's joe?
Dani- upstairs playing with lizzie.
I ran up and as soon as I got to Joe I wrapped my arms around him tight.
Joe- woah! Did they find her?
I nodded.
Maddie- you saved her.
I whispered.
Joe- huh?
Maddie- you taught her how to drive, she drove a manual car that's like, the same height as me down around a bend and halfway down a hill because you taught her!!!
Joe- did you say manual?
I nodded.
Joe chuckled.
Joe- she probably freaked out when the stick didn't have a D or R, I taught her in an Automatic.
I giggled.
Maddie- thankyou, really.
He smiled and kissed my head.
Joe- It was no problem, I'm glad she's okay, but if you don't mind, I'm playing with Lizzie, I might be teaching her something that could save her life one day.
I rolled my eyes and he grinned.
I went downstairs and Nick was standing at the kitchen bench talking to dani.
Nick- Mads, baby come on, we're meeting them down at the station.
I grabbed my shoes and put my hair in a ponytail, then grabbed nick's jacket and did it up, when we got to the station I ran inside and hugged her tight, she had a busted head but other than that she was okay.
Maddie- baby I was so scared.
I whispered, holding her close while we waited for someone to come in and interview her.
She was on my lap and I had her pulled tight against me.
Maddie- I don't know what I would have done if anything happened to me.
Nick's P.O.V
So, Michelle and her new wife went to jail, Maddie is freakishly protective of Emily. We have security that goes with her anywhere and the school upped their security where the kids get picked up after school, there are teachers roaming around as well as their security guards.
She doesn't let em go to the movies without a security guard, but that's good because paparazzi like to stalk her so her security woman helps her get through that, She's back at my parent's house with Frankie, but they're going away in a week... so am I...
I don't know how I'm going to cope with being away for so long. It's times like these I wish I could just make the music and not travel.
Maddie insists I go, I think she knows I'm gonna be a snoop and try and find out what her dress looks like, and what she's gotten from victoria's secret.
Maddie was going through a box in our closet when I came in to her.
Nick- what are you doing.
Maddie- found it!
She giggled, pulling out the dress she wore on our first official date.
Nick- what's that for?
Maddie- I want Em to wear it at our wedding.
I smiled.
Nick- that's a nice idea
Maddie- I still have to ask her though...
Nick- she'd wear a paper bag if that's what you wanted at your wedding.
She giggled and hung the dress up.
If you have any ideas for a short story/one shot. can you please let me know!! I need to write a short story for school and I've got writers block.
