Does Steven Tyler know where Perú is?

Segement taken from an 1989 interview also on the "Decline Of Western Civilization II - The Metal Years" documentary. In it, Steven Tyler makes a reference to the SouthAmerican country, Perú. He probably sasi that beause Perú all alone produces 31€ of the cocain consumed in the whole world.

They certainly do have a lot of cocaine in Peru, they also drink mate tea made from coca leaves. I drunk it while I was there as it helps with the altitude sickness.
