Dude that happens all the time to me. ill be climbing on the rooftops and i randomly see a stalker just standing on a roof. i kill them then take their money

They are rare and some come to kill you every once and a while.

If you look at them, they do nothing. For me, I can stare at them, but the moment they I turn the camera away, I get attacked. It isn't weird that one is on a pole since I found one on the top of the big tower you have to climb near the end of sequence 2. Right before the templar den.

lol, had the same at the same spot, it's near the galata tower isn't it? the persons on the pole is suppose to attack you, ow well... good job abstergo for keeping the glitches in the animus =)
