Another really cool TWA commercial, and this time we have a CV-880!
Not positive, but I THINK the underside shot of the 707 taking off MIGHT be one of only FOUR 720Bs (If not, it's a 707-131Bs) flown briefly by the airline in the early '60s.
Also watch for scenes of a 707-331B "Intercontinental" as well. :-)

I was hired at TWA on 752006 as a flight attendant and my very first flight was on a C 880...it was the last 880 ever...those things were noisy, the galley was too small, and that roof rocked and rolled on landing!!! LOL!!!!!!BUT.....I wouldn't trade it for all the tea in Japan...it was heaven!! I also flew on the 707, and later the L-10.....For many years TWA gave me the world! I met so many cool people I flew with....those were the days!

The Convair 880 and later 990 Coronado were the fastest civilian aircraft at that time.

Yes, that's a Boeing 720B. You can tell by the shorter length and the inboard leading edge, which is more swept on the B720B than on the 707s.
