well u dont really need to fight to get going on one side. u just got to let the boat pull you and your body will naturally let u go in one direction

ok so i went one time and stopped cuz i got frustrated and it kinda hurt. it hurt on my thigh. it felt like it was pulling the musscle when i crashed.and i couldnt get up. i think maybe i was trying to turn my broad to get up? how do you get up does it put you the way you should be standing or do you turn your board yourself?

It really depends on what drills, tricks or skills your trying to accomplish. All surface drills should be done at around 13-15 mph on a longer rope and can really teach you proper position and control. And then you work up from that speed range. Ollie 180s can be learned at around 15 to 17. Theres no need to go faster then you need to learn a lot of the basics. Thanks for posting.
