Intermediate & Advanced Inverts will tell you everything you need to know about how to do some of the most advanced inverts being done today.

Included is virtually every popular 180 and 360 invert. We'll also show how to do different variations of the same trick, and even how to grab the most difficult tricks.

Split screens, multiple camera angles and tips on how to use the trampoline, all make this disk a valuable tool in learning advanced inverts.

This dvd also has a feature unique to "The Book" series called "Choose a Coach" multple audio tracks. On the dvd there are four different audio tracks that you can toggle between. Each track contains a different coach (Kyle Schmidt, Mike McLin, Ben Greenwood, and Kurt Robertson). So you can choose to listen to the coach that best fits your learning style, or you can watch the dvd over and over with a different coach each time for the ultimate instructional experience. It is like having 4 dvds in one!

  • hey im a beginer and i want to know what speed you should go

  • It really depends on what drills, tricks or skills your trying to accomplish. All surface drills should be done at around 13-15 mph on a longer rope and can really teach you proper position and control. And then you work up from that speed range. Ollie 180s can be learned at around 15 to 17. Theres no need to go faster then you need to learn a lot of the basics. Thanks for posting.

  • well u dont really need to fight to get going on one side. u just got to let the boat pull you and your body will naturally let u go in one direction
