The following video is just one amongst a small collection of items that provide documentation (digital and physical) that exhibit - in a conceptual fashion - the concluding horrible instance of our experiences with Martin Air. The horrible service and overall flying experience with Martin Air included(but was not limited to) the following inconveniences: 20+ hours of delays, tolerating their unconcerned and indolent staff, receiving minimal compensation (total $30.00 in food vouchers, *whoopie*), their losing EVERYONE'S luggage, and their returning some luggage damaged once it was found.

Delays ? They should put you in hotel and pay for evcerything.

When we where dealyed by 1 day from Amsterdam to Toronto they put us up in Hotel Zuiderhoek(?) in Egmond aan Zee.

No costs at all for the 3 of us, including hotel meals etc all you can eat.

Hey : I fly Martinair any time again, as long as they include the Hotel deal !

Unfortunately I had no choice in the transportation matter. All flying arrangements for my group, which included 70 people, were arranged through the University Travel Agency. I think because of our large number of people traveling, this is why they didn't accommodate us further. Still though, this is unjustifiable.

MP has shit service! They only fly in the USA to Miami and they start their flights back to Orlando again. My worse flight with them was from JFK to Amsterdam. Checked in our baggage and told us the plane is still in Amsterdam. We had to wait fucking 14 hours and try to please us with $ 8,00 voucher on the airport.

KLM rules!!!....and yes u get what u pay for! Often charters won't give the same "compensation" as regular airlines.

I understand your frustration but you've got to remember they are not personally responsible for Martinair's screwups. The people in this clip are low paid workers who have to deal with all the frustrations of their customers. Even if they disagree with the airline's policies (such as the low compensation you received), their job is to be the face of the company and enforce those policies. It's the managers and directors of Martinair who should be shamed, not the customer-facing staff.

This airline will go bankrupt in 1 or 2 years, maximum. The Martinair flight and cabin-crews have the most arrogant look of all Dutch Airlines. I would celebrate the day they go down!
