Charlie once safe with Mr & Mrs Hallam of Watford before they became ill. Their daughter didn't want him so she dumped him on the streets of Watford, England, and then swore blind she had put him in to a rescue..
I am just so thankful that this beautiful 11 year old boy now has a wonderful new home. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hallam should be ashamed of herself, low life scum. May she rot in hell, hope the same thing happens to her in her old age, find herself dumped in a home by kids who can´t be bothered with her. Well done Charlie, and Bryan for being his knight in shining armour, hope you have a long and happy life together.
Thank God there is people like you around.
