主料 / 豬絞肉 300g、蝦仁 100g、南瓜 1小塊、香菇末 1朵、玉米粒 3大匙、糯米 1碗、餛飩皮 10張
調味料 / 鹽 少許、糖 1大匙、鮮味露 少許、胡椒粉 1/ 4小匙、太白粉 1小匙、香油 1大匙
做法:
1、留下4-6隻完整的蝦仁,其餘切成小丁,拌入豬絞肉,加入鹽、糖、鮮味露、胡椒粉、太白粉調味,再加入香菇末拌勻。
2、再加入香油,把蝦仁豬肉餡用力摔打5分鐘。
3、將餡料捏成乒乓球大小沾裹已泡水四小時的糯米,做成珍珠丸用盤子盛裝備用。
4、用餛飩皮包入餡料做成燒賣狀,上面放上切好的南瓜丁,做成南瓜燒賣。
5、在餛飩皮上放上完整的蝦仁1隻,再放上餡料,包著倒過來成蝦仁燒賣。
6、剩餘的餡料加入玉米粒拌勻,用餛飩皮包入成燒賣狀,上面再放幾顆玉米,做成玉米燒賣。
7、將燒賣放入蒸籠蒸10分鐘取出即可。

【醬料製作】
醬油2碗 + 水1碗 + 糖半碗 +鮮味露1小匙,煮開即可。
