http://dietspotlight.com This is a dietspotlight.com review of Daniel Levy MD And Susan. Daniel Levy, M.D. & Susan Brink authored a book called A Change of Heart, a chronological account of the first study of cardiovascular disease, the Framingham Heart Study. The Framingham Heart Study started in 1948, and followed over 5,000 people in Framingham, MA.
I don't mean to pick on you, but this is not helpful.
What does the book actually say? Does it debunk the low fat myth? Does it talk about how sugar, corn syrup and grains contribute to heart disease? Does it say that cholesterol is only good for you?
Does it list the many horrible side effects of statin drugs? Or say that statins only have a very sight positive effect, probably from reducing inflammation?
Guess what else reduces inflammation? Omega-3 fats which are found in oily fish.
