  • @lalun2 Depending on the state that rule is in affect. I jump in college in ohio and even in high school as long as you did not break or pass "zero" then you still can jump again even if you leave the ground. In his case though he wouldn't get a jump since he technically broke zero

  • @ROLLINonTHEpill yes, it does count as an attempt. In Pole vault, anytime both of your feet leave the ground or if you take off like he did; that's an attempt.
