This breaks my heart,my mama died 5 days after Christmas jn 1974,I still have her pocketbook that I bought her for Christmas 5 days before God took her home,I was 11,Im 48 now and this song tears me up inside.I was her only son out of 5 children,she was only 47.I celebrate Christmas with her in my heart every year and I sit her pocketbook on my mantle,I just cant let go of my mama.God Bless you and yours,have a Merry Christmas.

This was Ironic,like I said,my mama died 5 day"s after Christmas In 1974,the last gift she ever got for me was a Minasota Viking jersey,88, Alan Page,anyway,we all gathered around the table to pray this past Christmas and my son Is only 18,I dont think he knew that,but I looked at him and he was wearing a brand new Viking jersey,and my Step Daughter gave me a gift and I couldnt believe It was a Viking toboggan,I felt like mama was there.Just thought Id share that with yall,Have a Happy New Year.
