Question. Is it better to get a C-1 FR with D-tuna or a C-7 FR? I was thinking resale value. BTW I already got the C-1 FR and it smokes. No my daughter, who plays stuff like Threat Signal and Texas in July is asking me to research 7-strings. This guy came to mind cause of my experience with the C-1. I only wish it came in other colors like maybe Orange or Bumblebee yellow with black abalone binding. Anyway, your opinions are welcome. Thanks

It's a bit hard to decide who stole a body shape from who. The only body shapes that really stand out are the wild ones, SG's, BC Bitches, Jackson Warriors, Ibanez Iceman..shit like that. Besides those, a basic guitar shape is pretty similar to just the Fender Strat shape with variations on the sharpness of the horn tip, and the cutaway to the high frets. Anyway, I got the C7 (no trem) and the fucker makes me smile every day. Very awesome guitar. -Stay Metal

i was ganna get one of these. but the necks too thick, i HATE emg pickups, and the trem sucks. i got an ibanez rg1527 RB prestige 7 string instead. put dimarzio blaze in the bridge and an PAF 7 in the neck. edge low-pro trem. really thin wizard-7 prestige neck, basswood body, contoured heel and 5 piece maple neck. best guitar ive ever played

Well said. They do copy body styles and such but I've never played a guitar better than ESP ever, even the original maker of that style of guitar.

I have had this guitar for a year, i have recorded a Death MetaI album with it & I got to tell you guys you won't find any better!! it has an extreme gain & an endless sustain, perfact take if you want to make aggressive brutal chaotic riffs!!
