Saba's Saber, young black Arabian stallion, trick trained. Roy worked with him from a yearling, in this video he is two years old. Because of his active nature Roy wanted to be sure and have something to work with him on to keep his mind engaged, and so began training him to do a few tricks. As you can see in the beginning Saber was very much a stallion, impressed with his own importance and prestige! But he still obeyed his trainer, for the most part...
When Saber had gotten a good deal of his growing done Roy also started him in a cart, which was a good way for Saber to keep learning things and to use his energy in a positive way, while having no weight on his back. (Arabian's are well known for their long growing period, longer than many other breeds.)
He went on to be a breeding sire, (beginning at four,) and lived a long and happy life into his elder years!
So here is Saber, the fiercesome Black Stallion!

Your horse dances when he walks. Absolutely stunning.

You start with lifting the hoof... it's easier to see than explain. Search Youtube for it, there are many videos showing several ways. It takes a lot of time and effort! Some horses learn faster than others.
